Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

Items in stock usually ship within 5 business days, and if there's any other delays or you need a rush order, please reach out to us!
After an item has reached the status of being dropped off at a local carrier, it is no longer in our hands and we cannot do anything.
Try to check with your neighbors or any mailboxes near you, or contact the post office.
We are not and cannot be held responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost packages. Shipping and item costs will not be refunded.
Please check your country's local regulations and import fees. It is up to the customer to pay those taxes!
Unfortunately, to cut down on the amount of paper used, we cannot include receipts in every single order. Only international orders will automatically have them included. Feel free to add a note requesting this though!
