Product grading

The quality of our products is one of our top priorities, and we take the time to personally inspect every item acquired by us. If an item is visibly damaged, we will note flaws and mark them as such. 

Basic grading policies:

 

Enamel pins:

Standard: These pins are considered perfect, or near perfect by our team. They are the highest quality we have to offer, and although small flaws like dust specks or tiny chips may still exist, there will be nothing inherently "wrong"

B grade: These are the second quality pins. They may have issues like scratches, unfilled paint areas, or other visible defects. These work better for more heavy use, such as a school backpack. 

C grade: These are the grade above what we consider to be defective. They may have bubbles, wrong color, or large visible defects. They are sold at a higher discount. 

Notebooks/notepads: 

Standard: These are the highest quality we offer. Some pages might be slightly damaged at the corners, but nothing affecting useability. 

B-grade: These may have misprints, cut corners, scratches, etc. While useable, they are sold at a discount. 

Stickers: 

Standard: No major visible issues

B-grade: May show small defects such as miscuts, small misprints, but still useable.
