All orders are shipped from NY, USA


Processing time

I estimate processing times to be between 1-5 days, but during order rushes that can sometimes take longer. Please be patient with me!

Delivery

Please note that delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier and are subject to change. Unexpected delays may occur due to various reasons such as customs, holidays, postal strikes, etc.  

These are the estimates:

  • Domestic shipping (USA): 1-7 days
  • Canada: 1-20 days
  • Everywhere else: 1-8 weeks

Please note that package delivery, once it has been dropped off at a shipping facility, is completely out of my control, and further damages or delays are not due to issues on my end. 

Customs fees

Any international orders outside the United States are subject to customs processing fees. 

The buyer is responsible to pay any fees that may occur upon the package arriving at its destination country. Fees are based off a package value, which I cannot alter for legal reasons. 

Please check your country's local regulations on shipping. 

Incorrect address

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. I cannot change or edit anything once the label has been printed, nor am I able to refund or cancel your order should the package fail to deliver. 

Failed delivery packages. 

If the mail is returned to me due to wrong address, lost in the mail, etc. then the buyer is responsible for either opening a claim with the shipping company or contacting me. RTS (return to sender) packages are eligible for either reshipment where the buyer repays the shipping fee, or a 90% refund minus the shipping cost. The item must come back to me in its original condition.
